ToxitConnections is a web app for magic and mentalism: a calculator with a numeric force that makes the final result of a sequence of operations the number you choose. The number can be typed in or received from another compatible app through an API. Access is through a private, personal link, tied to the first iPhone on which it is activated.
You need an iPhone with Safari and the app added to the home screen. Receiving numbers from other apps requires an Internet connection and that the app supports the communication method compatible with ToxitConnections. You can ask us about compatibility before buying.
One-time payment of 69 € (or the offer price shown at the time of purchase), with no subscription or monthly fees. Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes. Payment is handled by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other available methods). Once payment is confirmed you receive your private link and an email with your details.
Your purchase includes the features available at the time of purchase. Features added later may be subject to specific conditions, which will be announced with them.
As a consumer you generally have 14 days to withdraw. However, ToxitConnections is digital content delivered immediately. When buying, you expressly request immediate access and accept that once you start using the app, you lose the right of withdrawal (art. 103 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). If you have not activated your link yet, write to us and we will look into it.
The link is personal and non-transferable and is tied to the device on which it is activated. You may not share or resell it, tamper with the app or try to access its inner workings. Fraudulent use or tampering may lead to the link being blocked without refund. If you change iPhone, contact us to recover your account.
Receiving numbers through the API depends on the external app being compatible and correctly configured. Third-party apps are not part of this service and we cannot guarantee how they work or their availability.
We do our best to keep the service running without interruptions, but we cannot guarantee continuous availability. We may carry out maintenance and improvements that change features without reducing the essence of what you bought.
To the extent permitted by law, BastienMagic is not liable for indirect damage arising from use of the service, failures of third-party devices or services, or how you use the app in your performances. Nothing above limits your rights under consumer law.
Your email is used to manage your account, send you your purchase details and answer your enquiries, under the data protection policy you accept when buying. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
We may update these terms. New versions will be published on this page with their date and will apply to later purchases.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence. Before any claim, write to support@sbsbastien.com and we will try to solve it.
